This article applies to:
- SEG Cloud
- Provisioning
Question:
- What IP addresses will incoming mail from SEG Cloud come from?
- What IP addresses do I need to allow for SEG Cloud to deliver incoming messages to my server?
- What port will SEG Cloud connect on to deliver messages?
Reply:
You must accept email from SEG Cloud on port 25, the standard SMTP port.
For the latest information on address ranges for each SEG Cloud instance, see SEG Cloud Connection Details.
Customers for the US instance who also use Office 365, note the format required to enter the range in Office 365.
Notes:
- The ranges to allow must be set up before SEG Cloud provisioning can be completed.
- Ensure that your internal email system always accepts messages from this IP range. For example, if you use IP reputation services, whitelist the SEG Cloud IP addresses.
- You (the customer) or your DNS provider must make this setting.
